Extending Wellness in this Time of Great Uncertainty – 2020
This is a 3-part series for AmeriCorps members in Washington state facilitated by “Care Capacity Coaches:” Jeff Birdsall, Danielle Fowler, Antonio Rodriguez, and Ginlin Woo.
Serve Washington will provide this series of virtual events that are interconnected and build on one another, and at the same time provide choices of different facilitators, cross-cultural perspectives, and modalities. Zoom will be utilized for large and small group interaction.
Participants will ponder questions about self-care and cross-cultural practices, and meet facilitators who will share their practice/story/experience. Participants will break into small groups to share/explore/support one another. In live workshops, facilitators will lead people through a practice together, and provide reflective space in small groups to share.
