Washington Leader Corps (Part 2)

The training is directed at members who exhibit leadership traits but have not had the opportunity to expand their skills in this area. Leader Corps is a two part two-day training experience which provides approximately 40 AmeriCorps and VISTA members from Washington state the opportunity to build leadership skills such as self-awareness; effective communication and deep listening; and conflict management.
