This morning’s program will include a new video-based “roll call” of programs, keynote addresses by Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal and Congressman Derek Kilmer, and the AmeriCorps Oath of Service that members around the country have taken for the last twenty-five years.

The WA COVID Response Corps has been created to respond to the staggering levels of food insecurity in Washington state through the service of 125 AmeriCorps members. The kickoff event will bring WA COVID Response Corps members together in activities and small group discussions to build a diverse statewide network of AmeriCorps members dedicated to serving their communities during COVID-19. The WA COVID Response Corps is a partnership between the Schultz Family Foundation and Serve Washington.
