Health360, Inc. - Healthy Minds Alliance AmeriCorps Program

Host Sites: United General District 304-Sedro Woolley & Public Health Seattle & King Co.

Healthy Minds Alliance, established in 2013, increases the capacity of our partners to address mental health needs in their local community. Healthy Minds Alliance partners with a variety of organizations from across the nation including universities, school districts, community health centers, health care systems, mental health centers and AHECs who host one or more AmeriCorps members. AmeriCorps members serve full-time, 40 hours per week for 10 months, building capacity at their host site to address local mental health needs. Healthy Minds Alliance engages AmeriCorps members of all ages and backgrounds to meet critical mental health needs in communities served by their host sites. AmeriCorps members receive training in an evidenced-based mental health program identified by their host sites. The members’ service year is focused on implementing mental health programming empowering the community they serve by teaching skills to a broad array of individuals that improve support for people living with mental illness.
