iFoster TAY AmeriCorps Washington
AmeriCorps members serve as Peer Navigators and provide outreach to 14 to 24 year-old transition-age foster and kinship youth (TAY) and connect them to existing resources and support systems designed to help them achieve self-sufficiency success with a focus on daily living, education, employment and health and well-being.
